Pay-ins Cut-off

The daily cut-off is at 6:00 PM. Payments made later than 6:00 PM will be considered transactions for the following day. Confirmation is not dependent on the free 24-hour trial. Once the trial expires, the account will still be confirmed as long as you have paid and submitted the correct reference number before the daily cut-off at 6:00 PM.

Daily Account Confirmation (Trial to Pending Status)

Payments are under confirmation. Once confirmed, the trial status will update to pending no later than 10:00 PM. (Please triple-check the input of your reference number.)

Account & Upgrade Policy

ccount and upgrade confirmations will be processed by the 6:00 PM daily cut-off, except on Sundays. If you have a standard account and a higher account is signed under you or an account is upgraded under you, you will receive credit if you upgrade your account before the 6:00 PM cut-off. If you upgrade after the cut-off, points will not be credited.

Account Not Yet Activated

If your payment has not been confirmed, it may be due to a mismatched reference number, a floating transaction, or a payment method that takes time to process, such as bank transfers. In these cases, we need to wait for the payment to be reflected before confirmation.

Account Re-confirmation & Trial Position retention

Your active mobile number will be contacted, and re-confirmation will occur the following day. Note that your trial locked-in position will remain unchanged once payment is secured. Do not pay directly via QR code without following the proper payment steps through the website, to avoid floating transactions.

Shipment Not Yet Received

Please provide an active email address; otherwise, you will not receive your parcel tracking ID. Additionally, provide an active phone number in your personal information. Multiple failed delivery attempts will result in the shipment being returned to sender (RTS).

Payout Not Yet Received

If you have not received your commission, you may have entered an unverified or unregistered GCash number, invalid bank number, exceeded your receiving limit, or failed to update your payout information. Please double-check this information. After providing the necessary details, please contact any of your team leaders as soon as possible. Your commission will be transferred to you the day after you have successfully updated your information.
